Terms of Service

LUXE Travel Date. Contact: privacy@luxetraveldate.com. Company registration details will be published here once the entity is incorporated. These terms are available in English; the English text prevails.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• One account per person, with your real first name and your own photos.
• You may not use the service if you have previously been banned or if you are subject to EU sanctions.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything published from your account. Tell us immediately at privacy@luxetraveldate.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content.
• No nudity or sexually explicit imagery. Uploads are screened automatically and repeat attempts lead to suspension.
• No solicitation, escort services, sponsorship or financial requests of any kind.
• No impersonation, catfishing, spam, scraping, bots or reverse engineering.
• No illegal activity, and no content you do not hold the rights to.

We may remove content, restrict features or terminate an account that breaches these rules. Serious breaches may be reported to the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board.

You keep ownership of your photos, captions and messages. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize and display that content solely to operate and promote the service inside the platform. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept in backups or required for legal evidence.

• Free, Premium and VIP tiers are described on the Membership page. Prices include VAT where applicable; Estonian VAT or the EU reverse charge is applied according to your location.
• Paid memberships renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancel any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card data.

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a paid membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by emailing privacy@luxetraveldate.com. If you asked us to start the service immediately, we may deduct a pro-rata amount for the period already used. The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Verification badges, moderation and reporting tools reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. We do not run criminal background checks and we are not a party to any meeting or trip arranged between members. Meet in public, travel and book separately, and share your itinerary with someone you trust. You are solely responsible for your offline interactions, your travel arrangements, visas, insurance and safety.

The service is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any statutory consumer right.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms, giving you notice and the reason unless the law prevents it.

Write to privacy@luxetraveldate.com first — we answer within 14 days. Consumers may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, Endla 10a, Tallinn) or the EU online dispute resolution platform. These terms are governed by Estonian law and disputes fall to Harju County Court, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

We notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
